How much more weasely can you get?
Just because I used logic to debunk her BS she is asserting that I hired a lawyer to write it all for me. She is hiding behind an argument that is just as bogus as her representation of HIPPA violations.
Apparently NOW she wants to follow the ethical rules that apply to lawyers. It’s kinda funny that she didn’t seem to have any problem when she appeared to have disregarded those ethical rules a couple of days ago.
I hope this is the last bit of drama spewing forth from this gangrenous pustule of BS. I’ve no intention in dealing with this person, her client or the drama they seem to instigate any further… With one exception: I intend on following through with filing with the State Bar of Texas because what she did was, IMHO, simply wrong and that wrong caused a lot of havoc, trauma and interrupted the business of TFA. I just can’t square what she did with my sense of social justice.

subject RE: Your Letter
Dear Ms. Williams:
I received your e-mail dated November 16, 2009. Please be advised that, in connection with my representation of Ms. Berwanger, Rule 4.02 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct (the “Rules”) prohibits me from communicating about the subject of the representation with a person or organization known to be represented by another lawyer except in limited circumstances not applicable here. Based upon your e-mail and other information, I have concluded that counsel has been retained to represent the interests of you, the Transgender Foundation, Inc., or both, notwithstanding the lawyer’s unsuccessful attempt at anonymity and circumvention of the Rules by ghost-writing all or substantial parts of your e-mail. As I do not have your lawyer’s express consent to communicate with you regarding the subject of my representation of Ms. Berwanger, I will not do so here. However, in order to avoid any misunderstanding or miscommunication, you are expressly informed that all of the assertions and statements in your e-mail are false, and that all such assertions, statements, threats and demands are expressly denied.
Very truly yours, Jenn Bickley
